Terms and Conditions – 99qb Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 99qb online gaming platform, accessible at 99qb.win ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 99qb and provides online casino games, sports betting, live casino, bingo and related services to eligible players.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 99qb. They apply to all use of the Platform including browsing, account registration, deposits, gameplay, betting activity and withdrawals. Additional rules may apply to specific promotions, games or product categories and will be communicated at the relevant point of the experience. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and specific product or promotion terms, the more specific document will take precedence for that context.

99qb reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform with the updated date reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 99qb Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults and 99qb takes this requirement seriously.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, recreational use – not as an agent, on behalf of a business, or for commercial purposes.
• You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of 99qb or any associated company.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. 99qb may request proof of age, identity or address at any point and may suspend or close accounts that cannot be verified. It is the player's responsibility to understand and comply with local laws relating to online gaming.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the 99qb Platform. Duplicate accounts – whether created intentionally or not – will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances held across those accounts being reviewed. 99qb reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate registrations.

Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information when registering. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identity document, your date of birth, mobile number and any payment details linked to your account. Using false information, someone else's identity, or misrepresenting any account detail is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund of bonus-derived balances.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. Your password must be kept confidential and should not be shared with anyone. 99qb staff will never ask you for your password via any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact support immediately. 99qb will not be liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure does not affect any pending withdrawals. 99qb may close accounts for breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, or if a player self-excludes under the Responsible Gaming tools.

4Deposits

All deposits on the 99qb Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card and compatible mobile wallets.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your account balance within seconds of a successful transaction.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• 99qb does not charge fees on deposits on our end. Your payment provider may have their own applicable charges.
• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods and accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or using shared accounts is not permitted.

If a deposit appears to fail but you observe a deduction from your wallet, do not attempt to deposit again immediately. Contact support with the transaction reference from your JazzCash or Easypaisa app and the team will investigate and resolve the discrepancy.

5Withdrawals

Winnings may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions below. 99qb processes withdrawals in PKR with no fees applied on the platform side.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and PKR 1,000 for Raast and bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit where reasonably possible.
• The name on your withdrawal account must match the name on your registered 99qb account exactly. Mismatches will cause processing delays and require identity verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds are available for withdrawal. Your available (withdrawable) balance is shown clearly in your account.
• Pending active bets must settle before they contribute to or affect the withdrawable balance.

Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Raast transfers complete within 2–6 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or if a routine verification check is required.

6Bonuses & Promotions

99qb offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets on cricket and PSL events, and periodic slot promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms that will be displayed at the point of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a valid account and met any stated eligibility criteria for that specific promotion.
• All bonuses come with a wagering requirement (also called rollover). This means the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn as cash.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using specific betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other method of bonus manipulation – is a breach of these Terms. 99qb reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in such cases.
• Free bets are credited to a separate free bet balance and can only be used to place bets, not withdrawn as cash. Winnings from free bets, where they clear the stated conditions, may be credited as withdrawable real-money balance.

99qb may modify, suspend or remove any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes to an ongoing promotion's terms, except in cases of abuse or breach of these general Terms.

7Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on 99qb. Specific sport rules for cricket, PSL, football, Esports and others are detailed in the sportsbook help section.

• A bet is confirmed and final once the player has completed confirmation in the betslip and the system has accepted the wager. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after this point.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds update continuously and the odds accepted at the moment of bet confirmation are binding.
• Palpable errors – such as an obvious incorrect odd being displayed due to a technical or human error – may be voided by 99qb even after a bet has been accepted. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• For cricket matches that are abandoned without a result or reduced significantly due to weather or other causes, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Where a result is determined by official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, match result bets will stand on the official outcome.
• In-play markets that settled before any match suspension or abandonment will stand as already settled.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per event may be capped at levels notified in the relevant sports section. Bets that would generate winnings beyond these caps will be accepted at a reduced stake proportionally.

8Casino, Slots & Live Casino Rules

All casino games, slot titles and live casino products available on 99qb use certified random number generation (RNG) or are operated by live casino providers whose studios and dealing procedures are independently audited.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game's own certified logic. 99qb does not alter or influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Rounds already in progress will be completed on the server side and the result will be reflected in your account once the connection is restored.
• Malfunction of any game voids all bets and pays for that round. This is an industry-standard rule and the player's stake will be returned in such cases.
• Bingo game rules, ticket pricing and prize pool structures are displayed within the relevant Bingo room before purchase. Ticket purchases in active bingo games are non-refundable once the game has started.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics or betting markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software bugs or errors.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 6.
• Allowing or facilitating a person under 18 to access your account.

99qb takes fraud and abuse seriously and cooperates with relevant payment providers and authorities where illegal activity is suspected.

10Responsible Gaming

99qb believes that online gaming should be enjoyable entertainment. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control of their activity:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit may have a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Reminders: You can set time-based reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). During this period you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: You can permanently or semi-permanently self-exclude from the Platform. This is a serious step and will be honoured fully by 99qb.

11Privacy & Data

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time by contacting support, though some processing is necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while the account remains active.

99qb will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment providers, identity verification services and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.

12Changes to These Terms

99qb may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised and notice will be provided through the Platform (such as a notification when you next log in). It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the Platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
