Your account keeps a record of recent login activity including device type and approximate location. If you see a login you do not recognise, contact support immediately and change your password.
After a set number of consecutive failed login attempts, the account is temporarily locked and you are notified via your registered mobile number. This stops automated attacks from guessing your password.

Having Trouble?
Most login issues on 99qb come down to one of three things – a wrong mobile number, a forgotten password or a device that needs to clear its cache. Work through these steps and you will almost certainly be back in within a few minutes.
Make sure you are entering the same Pakistani mobile number you used when registering. It is easy to accidentally enter a different number, especially if you have multiple SIM cards. The format should match exactly what you registered with – e.g. 03xx-xxxxxxx without spaces or country code prefix.
If you have forgotten your password, do not guess – that will trigger the failed attempt lockout. Instead, choose the OTP login option. Enter your registered mobile number and a one-time code will be sent via SMS. This bypasses the password entirely and gets you back in.
On mobile phones, an outdated cached version of the page can sometimes cause login buttons to appear unresponsive. Try clearing your browser cache or opening the site in a private/incognito tab to see if that resolves it.
